If you’re a regular kratom user, you want a trustworthy and consistent supply that you can rely on. Unfortunately, because kratom isn’t something you can buy everywhere, finding that consistent supply can be tricky. When you need to buy something you consume online, you want to know you’re buying from a reliable source—but how do you that?
Here are a few tips we use to find a reliable and trustworthy kratom vendor.
1. Know the quality being sold
If the source you’re interested in buying from is legitimate, they will usually be very open about what farms they get their kratom from, their relationship with the farms, and any lab tests or reports they perform on their kratom. They will be open about quality checks and safety measures. If you don’t see anything on your suppliers’ site like that—and they’re not open about it if you contact them directly—move on to a different supplier.
2. Their reviews speak for themselves
Good suppliers have good reviews. See what reviews are available on quality, customer service, and experiences both on the vendor’s site and off it. Check message boards and social media to make sure the reviews displayed on the site aren’t purchased reviews so that you know the customers talking are real people with real experiences.
3. Their website content is more than just fluff
Of course, suppliers will talk up their product, but if you’re dealing with a reliable kratom provider, they’ll have more to say than just pumping up their product. They’ll have information on dosing, sources, strains available and what effects they produce. They’ll also have frequently asked questions available and information on legality in your area. Since kratom exists in a gray area with the DEA and FDA, it’s best to make sure you’re permitted to buy some and have it shipped to you—and a reliable dealer will know that.
